Senior Security Consultant

Our client’s consulting arm is able bridge the cyber and business elements in organisations to define and support the delivery of security programmes that bring about meaningful change and help to reduce the cyber risks that organisations are facing in a world of ever-advancing and changing threats. We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance practice as Security Consultant. The ideal candidate will have EXTERNAL client-facing and commercial experience within the information and assurance field, gained from delivering a diverse range of security and assurance services ideally into a broad client base. In addition to your technical skills you will have strong client facing skills and be comfortable dealing with senior client stakeholders.   Responsibilities You will conduct onsite and remote activities to advise, assess, analyse and report in line with the engagement project requirements. Senior stakeholder management Translate the technical and non-technical findings from an assessment or exercise into relevant, actionable information for customers You will be working in areas such as Data Privacy, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR and other frameworks as requested by clients. Have the ability to deliver projects Demonstrate a strong ability to develop a rapport with customers and to engender long lasting relationships Build strong business, consultancy and technical skills within the IT Security Industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience / Skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS. Customer facing experience QSA, NCSC CCP, CISSP would be an advantage Flexibility in working hours (as per client requirement) Ability to travel both nationwide
